There are so many things I hate about this special, and yet I sit here and watch it. While I'm watching the crappiness, let's count down my favorite Christmas specials.
-All-time favorite: "The Muppet Christmas Carol." Gonzo narrates, vegetables sing, and Michael Cain bah humbugs!!! What's not to love?
-"Santa Claus is Coming to Town" - I love it when they sing "Put One Foot In Front of the Other."
-"Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" - Herbie the Elf and the misfit toys - enough said.
-"A Christmas Story" has more one-liners than any other Christmas movie I can think of PLUS electric sex in the window!!!
-"A Charlie Brown Christmas" - the only special with the REAL Christmas story narrated by an adorable child.

In other news, my sweet new couch and loveseat are coming tomorrow and I cannot wait. I have never felt a couch so comfortable. . .
